SIP Formula
SIP = Monthly Payments * (1 + Interest Rate / 100 / 12)(Years * 12 - 1) * (1 + Interest Rate / 100 / 12)
- SIP is the amount you receive upon maturity.
- Monthly Payments is the amount you invest each month.
- Interest Rate is the annual interest rate, for example, 5%. Dividing by 100 converts it to a percentage (5% = 0.05), and dividing by 12 makes it the monthly interest rate.
- Years represent the total number of years you plan to invest. We multiply it by 12 to calculate the total number of periods you will invest in.
